"The King of Real Estate"?

First of all, I'm a professional, full time REALTOR®, not a part-timer looking to supplement "The Day Job!"

As a resident of Las Vegas for over 32 years and an active REALTOR® for nearly 14 years, I have watched the town grow, change, and prosper.

While growing up in Oregon, I learned the hard (and often painful!) lessons of living on and managing a thriving cattle ranch. I toured the rodeo circuit as a professional Bull Rider for several years, and was invited by the Armed Services to serve my country for a tour of duty in Viet Nam and later, Germany.

I, like nearly everyone who visits Las Vegas, was enthralled by the glitter and romance of the city. That's why I moved here. And over 32 years later I still am in love with this town and have made it my lifetime home. I still look at the fabulous skyline and get the same thrill I did the first time I saw it "live." Truly, there's no place like it on earth.

Since I moved to Las Vegas some 32 years ago, I have made many friendships - both personal and professional - friendships that have lasted through the decades. My contacts and relationships can only equate to success in your real estate transaction with me. Whether selling or buying, I can insure that your transaction will be handled professionally every step of the way.

My hobbies are flying, cigars, classic cars, camping, motorcycling, and BBQ's. I will take my touring motorcycle or one of my classic cars and get out as often as I can. But with a successful real estate business it's not as often as I wish! Work does keep me busy.

I donate my time to many organizations. I helped coordinate a 12-step program for the inmates at the Federal Prison located in Las Vegas, I flew for the United Blood Service, I am active in the Promise Keepers organization, and I also work with the Angel Tree foundation so that many needy children can have gifts for Christmas.

The one trait that I have that I found that both helps and hurts me is my honesty. I will do all that I can to help you, but if it is against the law - contrary to proper business ethics - you can't or shouldn't do it - or it's just not right - I'll say so. I would rather walk away from a deal rather than having to look back and wish that it did not happen. I specialize in personal service, and am an effective negotiator with outstanding communication skills and I am an excellent listener. my motto is "Do the right thing even when no one is looking".

What matters to me most in this business is to earn a good living by achieving a happy ending for everyone through hard, honorable work and providing a professional service.

What doesn't matter to me is being a gazillion dollar "producer," and in so doing turning my clients into a number neglecting my family life and providing shoddy service

Therefore, I strive to create a community of lifetime clients. This means going above and beyond just getting the transaction to close. A good Realtor® should be a permanent resource that a buyer or seller can call on at any time for advice, information, and guidance. Hopefully, my attitude about this is embodied in and evident throughout this site. It's important to me that you realize that there's someone out there who you can rely on. I feel that this outlook is why many of my clients have become my friends, and have stayed as friends, years after their deal has closed.

I have witnessed much of the development in Las Vegas first hand and I am intimately familiar with Las Vegas and its surrounding communities, schools, subdivisions, businesses, and lenders. My knowledge will give you the peace of mind that comes with a relationship you can trust and an advocacy you can count on.
