There's a lot of property on the market, you want to move up, or the interest rates are great. Whatever your reasons - you want to buy a home. If your concern is that you won't see everything available, don't fear.

I think that your true desire is to buy the right home - not see "everything available." Finding several of the best homes from which to choose is the best approach. When you work with me, your REALTOR®, I can perform that task for you, my boss.

Remember, there is no "perfect" home out there. Even if you build it yourself! There will be something that could be better. I have a "Three Step Approach" to selecting the right home. Follow these and you won't be disappointed.

Approach the home buying process objectively.

	There is no perfect home. Use the 85% rule. If the home has 85% of what you are looking for...you have found your home.
	The good ones go quick. The home you are looking at today is the same home that someone looked at yesterday and is thinking about an offer.
	Never underestimate what I call the "suck wind" syndrome. I see it all of the time. A person walks into the house and literally sucks in his or her breath. That's when we know that we've just found that special home!
	Avoid the second guessing syndrome....

As a good REALTOR®, I will listen to your needs and search through the properties available, weeding out the inappropriate ones. I will then show you several to get your feedback, and repeat the process again until we find the right home. Additionally, I am informed of new properties as they become available and also some which may be for sale shortly. What could end up taking you months on your own can be done in a timely and cost-effective manner once you employ me as your REALTOR®.

One request that I have: Be candid with me. Point out features you do like in the homes you see. When you see something you don't like, explain why.  This can greatly assist me.
