What is a Master-Planned Community anyway? It’s a community where nothing is left to chance. Everything is planned for (hence the name), including parks, schools, types and prices of homes, etc. The Las Vegas area boasts some of the most prestigious communities in the nation; many, such as the award-winning communities of Green Valley and Summerlin, are plumblines by which other communities must be judged. Aliante

Aliante is the new community by North Valley Enterprises, LLC, an affiliate of American Nevada Company and Del Webb Communities Inc. Nestled among the majestic landscape where the desert meets the foothills of the Sheep Mountain Range, Aliante offers residents quality design, amenities, architecture and master-planned living. It is the first true master planned community in the very far northwest area of the valley and rivals all other master planned communities in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area.

Southern Highlands

A community framed by the horizon of the Las Vegas skyline, yet secluded in the foothills of Southern Nevada. It is a 2,300-acre master plan with scenic views at every turn including hiking trails in mountain preserves to meandering paths in magnificent parks, a 220-acre private golf course, and beautiful shady tree-lined streets and enchanting entrance.

Anthem

Nestled in the foothills of the picturesque Black Mountains in Henderson in the southeast Las Vegas Valley, Anthem is set against a magnificent backdrop of open skies, scenic mountainscapes and panoramic vistas of the glittering Las Vegas skyline. Located within the nation's fastest growing city, there are three different communities, each of which is suited to a different lifestyle.

Green Valley

An integral part of the city of Henderson, the fastest growing city in the nation, Green Valley offers housing options from apartment rentals to townhomes and condominiums as well as elegant homes. Very carefully designed, this award-winning community offers shopping, parks, schools, and cultural activities.

Summerlin

This award-winning community is located in the far west/northwest areas of the city. There are parks, running paths, shopping centers, casino, schools, and more of the amenities that make Summerlin a city within a city.

Queensridge

Seven Hills

The master-planned community of Seven Hills is just enough out of the way to be insulated from the hustle and bustle of city life while only a short drive from major business districts, scenic areas and recreation attractions. Situated in the rolling foothills of the Black Mountain Range in Henderson, Seven Hills overlooks one of the world's most dazzling skylines -- the famous Las Vegas Strip. 

MacDonald Ranch

MacDonald Ranch showcases Del Webb's Sun City (55+) community, and is located in Henderson. Covering 564 acres, there are approximately 2,500 residential homes planned for this beautiful and tranquil environment. 

Lake Las Vegas

This seeming contradiction to the legendary desert environment of Las Vegas is so named because of the breathtaking 320-acre man-made lake. The lake's vast shoreline and terraced hillsides are home to elegant Mediterranean residences and many unique offerings. Very high scale, the community consists of large open spaces, elegant homes, condominiums and townhomes, golf courses (present and planned), a Hyatt Regency resort, shopping, and more.

The Foothills

A premier master planned community in Las Vegas, situated southwest of the Las Vegas Strip. Homeowners living at the Foothills enjoy the security of a 24 hour guard gated community. Amenities include a private park for homeowners and community functions.

The Lakes

West on Sahara from the "Strip," The Lakes was Southern Nevada’s first man-made lake community. The lakes are limited to resident use only. There are many mid-range to elegant resale homes available.

Peccole Ranch

Slightly north of The Lakes, this community is noted for its open spaces, walking paths, and breathtaking views of Red Rock Canyon. Buyers can choose from resale or new homes.

Desert Shores

A planned community of man-made lakes in the northwest, Desert Shores has 3,500 homes at Summerlin's northeastern border.

Elk Horn

Located at the extreme north end of the valley, this community is very close to Mt. Charleston and the ski resorts. This is an excellent community for starter homes and the first-time buyer.

Camino del Norte

A part of the "Golden Triangle," Camino del Norte is the newest developing area of North Las Vegas. This community offers many great opportunities for the first-time home buyer.
