Why Use a REALTOR® to buy a new home? Why not?

After all, there are agents at all of the new home tracts. They are professional and seem to be very willing to help. So you ask yourself; why should I take a REALTOR® with me to buy my new home?

There are several reasons why you will want a REALTOR® by your side when you purchase a new home. Here are just a few:

The agents who work at the new home tracts are professional, dedicated people. However, they work for the builder/developer.  Frankly, the builder/developer is the one who signs their paychecks, so you can be sure that the agents won't have your best interests as their top priority. Agents work on commission - the more that you have to pay for extras on a home, chances are their checks will be bigger!

Having a REALTOR® by your side levels the playing the field. By walking into a new home tract with your REALTOR® your side, you have someone who can see what you are looking at with a different set of eyes - someone who can help point out features (or potential problems!!) that you may miss.

You also have someone who can sit down with the tract agent and "talk the same language." Someone who can negotiate for you and help you get the best deal. In addition, your REALTOR® may help you get a few concessions that you would not have been offered had you walked in alone! After all, the tract agent is not YOUR agent!

What's the cost to you? Absolutely nothing! Just a little time and a desire to get the best deal for your dream home.

If you are buying a new home then be sure to contact me, your REALTOR®, to work for you to help you negotiate the best deal on your new home! Put someone on your side!

Have the Power of being repersented!!
